Dispatch and delivery timing

Our order cut-off is midday. Orders placed before midday are dispatched on the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us. Delivery timing depends on Australia Post, your destination and whether you choose Standard or Express shipping. Express shipping does not change our dispatch timing.

We send tracking details when your order is dispatched. Please contact us before ordering if you are buying for a birthday or another special date and would like help with delivery timing.

A reusable bag for more adventures

Each plushie comes in a reusable natural cotton drawstring bag. Your order is then packed in a reusable plastic delivery bag made from recycled materials.

International orders

Please contact us through our Contact Us page before ordering for an international destination so we can help with delivery options.

Returns

Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for returns information. We do not offer change of mind returns, exchanges or store credit. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
